In addition to unparalleled prosthetic and orthotic care, Arthur Finnieston Prosthetics + Orthotics are also proud to share our Insurance expertise which we have honed over the past 80 years.
We know how overwhelming Insurance issues can be which is why we enjoy assisting our clients through the process. We thoroughly research every case and provide our clients with extensive information regarding their Insurance so they may receive the maximum benefit available for their P+O needs.
Very often, our clients are surprised to learn that they have more options than they believed. Our philosophy is to provide the best prosthetic care to our clients by providing them with the components they require, not those dictated by budget-conscious Insurance companies.
Once you contact us, we immediately start investigating your plan. To speed up this process, we ask our clients to fax or email us the Patient Information Form (download PDF) as soon as possible. It allows us to jumpstart verifying your Insurance.
As a certified facility with certified and licensed Prosthetists/Orthotists, we receive weekly updates on any governmental policy changes and regularly attend Medicare/Medicaid seminars.
Prior to your first visit, we suggest you:
- Fill out Patient Information Form (download PDF). This form should be completed prior to your first visit and may be faxed to us at 305.233.9145.
- If you are a member of an HMO, an authorization from your primary physician is required. Please call our office and ask to speak with Rebeca Maya and tell her the authorization number prior to your visit.
- If you are Medicare or Medicaid, please call our office and ask to speak with Rebeca Maya.
