At Arthur Finnieston Prosthetics + Orthotics, we believe that the most integral aspect of a prosthesis is the socket design. Simply put, without a socket that is comfortable, fit properly and correctly aligned, the benefits of the most advanced bionic technology or microprocessor components are lost.

Thus, we focus on providing our clients with a socket that achieves optimal comfort, fit and alignment. In addition to offering the standard prosthetic sockets available, we also offer two unique designs that we developed in our clinic. The Active Socket™ with Cushion Technology™ is for below-knee or transtibial amputees, and the Power Socket™ is for above-knee or transfemoral amputees.
